Darren Griffin's Testimonial

My son Daniel Griffin was I believe Chewyings first employee (trainee, partner, they do things differently at Chewyings). Daniel started working with them after a few false starts in his working life, they offered him decent wages, on going training and support and most importantly a future.

Daniel took some time to adjust to his new situation, and only Robert and Melinda Chewying had the patience to stick with him. Daniel left at one stage, but eventually realised his mistake and asked to come back, they didn't hesitate to take him on again (Chewyings like a challenge).

Chewyings Horticulture is a unique organisation and I say that because it is more than a business. It offers opportunity to those who usually miss out, it is not a charity, and it simply offers work to those who really want it.
