I am writing to commend you and your team, particularly Daniel Griffith, on the great job you are doing at the Bomaderry Tea Tree Site.

Since this project was commenced in 1999, it has been the subject of many challenges, particularly in the area of weed control. This is vital to the success of the project as a clean tea tree crop, free of weed is essential at harvest time to ensure that the crop is suitable for either distillation for oil production or sale as a clean mulch product, much sought after in the horticulture industry.

The history of the project has been dominated by problems with the control of weeds on the site and has been the cause of much frustration. However, since engaging ChewYings Lawn & Horticulture over two years ago, the issue of weed control has not dominated the project to the degree it once did. This is attributed to Robert Chewying's depth of experience, commitment to positive outcomes and the important role of mentoring that Robert plays with his organisation. Personnel working on the site have been inducted with the philosophy of ownership and this is evidenced when visiting the site.

My role as Project Manager since engaging the dedicated team of ChewYings Lawn & Horticulture, particularly Daniel, has been made very easy. Robert not only manages and inspires his team, he also ensures the work done on site is kept within the tight budgetary constraints imposed on the project.

It has been a pleasure working with Robert and his organisation and I see the benefits of his commitment to inspiring his team of dedicated workers.
